If you have been hacked, bullied, or have technical issues you should contact stardoll. There are two ways to do this.

1. Use the Stardoll Contact page
2. Email support@stardoll.com

Personally I prefer the email because you can reply and they are always more responsive and personal.

You should make the subject line something eye catching that displays your situation. Remember to always be polite and not to whine too much.
